DamageBeep by Serpentine Widgets

This mutator plays a short beeping sound when you damage someone. Same concept as the "Quake, 3rd Attempt" feature. Someone on the mutators forum requested this and nobody else was willing to spend the 5 minutes to make it, so here it is. Enjoy. :)
