A Game Type is a set of options that can be selected from the in-game menu. These allow you to play the game in many different ways. The Game Types are set up using the options editor. See options for more details on how to create your own game type.
r0x0r comes with several game types included:
- Default - An all-around fun way to play.
- 5 Minutes - Score as many points as possible within 5 minutes.
- AI Wars - Start at a higher level and fight against a lot more enemy ships.
- NoWrap - Just like the default settings, except screen wrapping is turned off.
- Rally - Race around the tracks and beat your opponents to the finish line.
- Tiny - Best for multiplayer games. Everything is twice as small, making the playing field more expansive.
- TinyGrav - A gravity well in the middle of the screen pulls everything into orbits.
- Turbo - The whole game is sped up to 150% speed. Fast, chaotic, insane, and tons of fun.
- TinyTurbo - Combines Turbo and Tiny.
